Saltysugarr is a member of 852 Resurgence. As of May 4th 2026, she is also a Moderator.

History
Since joining the server on 24 March 2026, she has been consistently active in the server as she interacts with members and at times, help them with their mental health issues in the public venting forum. In just a few weeks, she became Senator and quickly got nominated to become Moderator by Ray just a little more than a month later.

During her stay in the server, she fulfilled her initial intention of joining: making friends. When the hangout rule was relaxed by Boba, she met other members such as Wallstreet Noose and Clarity, and formed a friend group with them along with some other semi-active members in the server. She has continued to meet other 852r members in real life since then.

At the moment, she is currently still one of the most active moderators while focusing on her studies to become a teacher. Sometimes, she would help the staff team to suggest new server events and also host if needed.

Events
The university info night was hosted by both Polaris and Sugar, where various hosts from different universities, either local or international, talked about their experiences. She helped design the event poster and find most of the hosts from various universities, along with inviting new members to join as listeners. The event was considered a success with the amount of people who joined.

She initiated the idea of the neurodivergent safe space in the server, which now serves as a channel where neurodivergent members of all types can vent about their experiences, and relate to each other.
Trivia
*She is one of the fastest members to go from Citizen to Senator in just a few weeks. She is also one of the fastest members to become Moderator in recent years.
*Despite her name, she has recently become sugar-free, due to her dedication to becoming more fit.
*Rtvan7459 (Ray) often makes puns in the server using her name
**“What does a Discord mod use when they can’t walk properly? A sugar cane!”
**“What happens if a Discord mod eats too many sweets? You get a sugar rush!”
*She started the Card0 Femboy Twink cult after Card0 changed her nickname on Instagram to shortie, as well as his continued jokes about her height.
*She has been a BTS stan since 2018.
*Ray apparently thought she was 24-25 years old until October 2026.
*She finds it challenging to choose between cats and dogs.
*She loves painting, though still struggling to start learning digital art.

Sugar: /* Trivia */

Jasper is an Admin and Technician of 852 Resurgence.

History
He became a valued member of the Discord community through his technical expertise, offering helpful advice and taking the lead in setting up the new wiki. Though his time hosting the 852R Creative Server was brief, his willingness to assist with infrastructure and troubleshooting stood out. Recognizing his skills in managing bots, the wiki, and other server tools, the team promoted him to Technician: a role that formalized his behind-the-scenes work keeping things running smoothly.

Over time, his responsibilities grew as he continued improving the wiki and refining the server’s bots, streamlining moderation and community engagement. His consistent reliability and problem-solving led to his promotion to Admin.

Trivia
* Jasper plays several games, mainly War Thunder.
* Jasper knows many different programming languages but doesn’t use them often.
* He gifted several members Hypixel VIP, including Card0.
* He likes saying meow randomly in the server. Perhaps his true form is a cat.

Card0

2026-10-05T12:29:57Z

Sugar:

Card0 is the Founder and current owner of Hongkongggag. He was the first staff member and the main face and admin of Hongkongggag.
Personality
It is shown via Card0's long-term dedication towards hongkongggag that he has a deep passion and devotion towards his interests. Being an integral part of the community since 2018, Card0 has seldom been reserved in his activity throughout the years, maintaining the Instagram page on a daily basis and creating a constant supply of content. Card0 is also one of the most active people on 852 Resurgence, often participating in many events and discussions, showing his ardour towards the community.

Card0's core principles revolve primarily around respect, responsibility and justice. As demonstrated in his constant interaction with all members of different ranks and levels of activity, even going as far to personally greet new members to the Discord server, Card0 strongly prioritizes his responsibility as a leader. It is made apparent through his frequent involvement in community affairs that Card0 takes his leadership with a high level of seriousness, believing that all members should be respected and wrongs must be righted. However, he has shown to be overindulgent in his work, being active in as many areas of the community to the point where one might call his idea of responsibility a conflation with obsession. In recent years however, Card0 has taken several steps back, even giving handlings of several reforms and issues to other staff members.

Card0's idea of respect leads him to act lenient and soft around others. When trying to mediate a situation, he seldom approaches forcibly and attempts to avoid argument as much as possible, even at the expense of effective leadership. It is possible that this value is related to Card0's strong disdain for conflict directed towards him, as he has mentioned that he "doesn't like drama."

Card0's inherent dislike for discord might be related to his low tolerance towards pressure. Throughout various disagreements and reforms in the community, Card0 has shown to respond poorly under strong pressure from other members, often showing signs of significant stress and finding difficulty in containing his emotions when in conflict. As a result, Card0 feels a strong obligation to satisfy others by fulfilling his duties, and as such is prone to making abrupt and sudden decisions without the consultation of other staff members.

Server Beliefs
As the leader of the server, Card0's beliefs is in preserving the status quo, but not without reforms in order to progress the server and grow its base further. He has also advocated for the barrier between higher ranking and lower ranking members to be lowered, encouraging Staff members to not be so exclusive. He has also encouraged balance especially within the staff team and community, while also seeking to lead the server with a kinder hand than other servers. However, in recent years, he has had to take more control in specific situations, such as with the page teams with a major issue being Affiliates acting out.

Hong Kong Political Leanings
Card0 is a moderate yellow ribbon and strongly favors a democratic Hong Kong. However, he is cautious about comparatively localist and radical sectors of the pan-democracy camp . In terms of independence, his opinion has flipped flopped betwen being highly skeptical of it, to tolerating it and believing that if done correctly, it coul be a desirable outcome for Hong Kong. He speaks out against radically xenophobic attitudes of certain yellow ribbon views.

According to Card0, his ideal Hong Kong is one with high autonomy within a democratic China. His opinions have led to some arguments with a few people on Instagram though the community at large remains supportive of his ideals towards Hong Kong.

From 2023 onwards, Card0 has spoken out against oversensationalist news about Hong Kong as well as what he deems as "overreactions" even from other members and partners of the page. He has also developed a hardline pro LGBT and anti xenophobia stance, which have angered some who follow the page.
Responsibilities
Instagram Page
Card0 is the main administrator of the Instagram page. The majority of content is attributed to him.

Managing the instagram page is mandatory for Card0 as the founder and current leader of the staff team.
Community Leader
As the founder and the leader of the Staff Team, he has all responsibilities of a staff member.
Final Decision on all Affairs
As the founder, Card0 has the final say on all major decisions that affect the community.

However if a majority of the community disapproves of a decision, it can be overturned. This has only happened once, during the McNutty Ban Crisis, although a vote was not held and rather community opinion pushed Card0 to unban ImMcNutty. Usually, this would have been overturn in a poll rather than general community criticism.

Privacy
Card0 has stressed his privacy, often revealing little details about his real life. However, since late 2022, he has become more comfortable revealing more details about himself, though these are restrained due to him still putting his privacy first. This is because of his fear of the NSL, as well as general internet safety. Card0 has shown his face in VC multiple times, though he tends to only do it when there are high-ranking members in the VC, as those are the people who he trusts more.

Trivia
*Card0's "actual" age was a repeating joke within the community, being referred as "old" by various members. He has been claimed to be 53, 80, 19371 and "older than time itself".
**It is also joked that Card0 has dementia as a result of his old age.
**This may partially be due to Card0's past habit of sleeping earlier than most members.
**Several members, including Hill and Aqua joked about "unplugging" him from life support.
***However, on May 29th 2022, Card0 asked the community to tone down the joke due to him not finding the joke as funny as it was before.
****The joke was later banned on September 11th 2022, due to mental health issues and Card0 being tired of being targeted by the joke. Hongkongggag parody page Xianggangggag also archived their posts about the joke at Card0's request.
*Card0 is the only member to currently have:
**A unique Staff rank
**Joined in 2018.
*Card0's real life is kept very private, with staff members, real life friends associated with the page/server and various trusted members.
**However, he has recently shown his face more in VCs, though this only happens with trusted members of the server, almost all of which are high ranking.
**He has met some members in real life, almost all of which are Vice & above.
***Even amongst those he has met in real life, it is evident that he has developed an Inner Circle of people in the server consisting of real life friends he met outside of the community and high ranking extremely trusted members.
*Card0 is pansexual.
*Card0's hate for YUU was a running joke on the community, and has remained a semi-active running joke since the early days of the discord server. However, it has dwindled in popularity as Card0 has mentioned he isn't really bothered by the YUU song as he once was.
*Card0 has an alt on the server: Bentu.
*Card0 likes eating cats.
*Everyone in 852r unaminously agrees that Card0 is a femboy, making him the server-wide femboy alongside Coom.
