	A cult is a communal group, usually consist of multiple members that uphold a central premise. Cultists spread the central premise of their affiliation to other members of the community. For a cult to be established, it must be officially recognised by the Hongkongggag Administration.

	Cults hold no administrative power over communities run by the Hongkongggag Administration. They are strictly social communities operating under the collective participation of any member affiliated with Hongkongggag. Cults must be approved by the Hongkongggag Administration to be established.

	~~The premise of cults usually revolves around memetic icons, phrases or images. Most cultists display the meme of their associated body on both sides of their usernames.~~

	~~Members can join cults without permission from cult leaders, done via displaying their username in the required format. There is no upper limit to the number of cults one can join.~~

	~~== History ==~~
	In March 2021, the Cult of YUU was the first cult to be recognised. Started by Bossuuu, it was made to spite Card0 and eventually recognised. Currently, the cult is viewed as a religion due to its size.

	~~In October 2021, the Moyai Cult was formed by Pilk and Simpus Olympus, becoming the second cult to come into recognition.~~

	A "Cult Monopoly" was generated by flutters as the result of their creation of a large number of cults. As of December 2021, Card0 has instructed them to transfer ownership of many cults to other people to "avoid too much power from falling into one person's hands".

	~~Cults have gradually fallen out of fashion though many are still active.~~
