			[[Vista]] resigned on March 9th 2021, leading to uncertainity of the community's future with the loss of one of its main staff members. As a result, Card0 would call the [[March 2021 Moderator Elections]] to beef up the staff team. Despite this, there were tensions throughout the month that had carried over since December 2020, with many feeling that the community had to find a proper direction.

			== Incident ==
			A week after resigning, Vista published a statement detailing the reason for his resignation and proposed changes for the community, as he believed there were significant shortcomings present at the time. Card0 decided to discuss these in the [[Core Community]] group chat, sparking a debate mainly between him, [[Tolmo]] and [[Aditya]], the latter two of which were the community's de-facto opposition in the community. Others like [[Anidiot]] did participate but to a minor degree while members such as [[Boba]] and [[Salami]] tried to calm the situation down. Although Tolmo would take a step back after a while, Aditya would continue leading everyone, including Tolmo, to tell him to calm down.

			Eventually after an hour, the situation calmed down as everyone took a break from the discussion, agreeing to meet at the evening.

			== Aftermath ==
			The argument led to the [[March Reforms]], implemented at a community meeting on the same day. During the day, [[KarpiG]] and [[Card0]] would work on new rules and guidelines for the community, that would help it grow in the near future. Card0 would also talk to Boba, Salami and [[Wsdu]] about the next step forward as the other staff members were not avaliable during that day.
