The Memes of HK server, formerly known as the Republic of Memeistan is a partnered server with 852 Resurgence. Its owner was RandomAutobiographyRoamer and it is the discord server of the same name. Currently, it is owned by Sadaf ishere

It was formerly partnered in June 2022 but was unpartnered following RandomAutobiographyRoamer's first ban from 852R in July. It would be re-partnered in April 2023 after RandomAutobiographyRoamer got unbanned a few months earlier.

The server has many channels some of them are inspired from 852R.

History

The server was created in May 2022, based off the meme page of the same time. During its early days the server was extremely strict with no spamming no server invite links and no blank profile pic along with the user account must be older than 10 days.This was changed later as more people joined the server got a lot more free including elections for "presidents" every 2 months who can change the rules and add new channels. The server works like a city with police as mods,and citizen are rewarded as they are more active starting from immigrants to then citizen to good citizens to loyal citizens. There used to be more roles but it has been simplified.

Relations between Memes of HK and 852R are close and very positive, with collaboration events happening quite frequently between the two. Since RandomAutobiographyRoamer's unban relations have been improving between him and Card0 with both working together during the Hoch Incident. The members of both communities also interact frequently with many being in both servers. During the Hoch and Storm crises, both members used the server to try and pass on their side of the story, though both would ultimately be banned by the server at 852R's request.

It has some similarities like a argument channel similar to debates and differences such as a offensive memes channel,truth and dare bot with its own channel,military channel,Travel channel,airsoft channel, and a anti ccp China watch group channel. In addition, it also introduced the AltIdentifier bot to 852 Resurgence for better security.

There is a secret channel called "Nuclear Bunker" not many are sure what goes in that channel since even mods are not allowed in that channels only 7 people have access to that channel rumor has it this channel is used to test out new bots or other security system according to some people who were previously in that channel there were only 3 members and 44 bots in that channel and they test new bots and create security system such as the economy system and the all new altdentifier using other members account for testing and their alts for this.This led many members to call that channel a bot bunker as many suspect it to be a bot testing ground most don't show interests in that channel but some always bring this up to this day there is no information on this channel only rumors.

In May 2024, RandomAutobiographyRoamer would leave the server, not long after his permanent ban from 852R. During this time, Cado and SecurityInnit acted as the server's de-facto co-owners until Sadaf ishere ultimately became the server owner. Under Sadaf's tenure, he would give 852R more influence over the server, restructuring channels due to many being barely used/never used at all, while also working together to combat ban evaders.
