The March Reforms were a series of reforms that occurred on March 22, 2021, as a result of an argument in the Core Community Group Chat between Card0 and Aditya.

Major Reforms

The changes led by the reforms are as follows:

  1. Creation of Mediators to counter the echo chamber problem present in the community, with larger emphasis put within the Staff Team. Boba and Wsdu were nominated as the first Mediators.
  2. An overhaul of the rules regarding staff action, reducing ambiguity and making them concrete.
  3. Creation of the Founder role, acting as a spiritual successor to the "Head Admin" role
