The follow is are the laws to drive in Tsz Kong, a political simulator
Driving Licence
The driving licence design is a purple laminated piece of cardboard with the Tsz Kong flag, the nationality of the holder in English Chinese and French; alongside their full name, valid dates, expiry dates, classes they hold, provisonal licences they hold alongside any conditions/restrictions.
The driving licence number is made up of the following, demonstrated with text formatting with the example driving licence.

Restrictions
To obtain a driving licence for Tsz Kong you must be:
- Either a citizen of Tsz Kong or have a working/immigration visa
- Or other form of document that allows you to stay in Tsz Kong for more than a year
- Be of 18 years of age
- A provisional licence can be obtained as soon as 17 years old in preparation
- Not to have a heath condition or vision that obstructs vision to the extent it poses a threat to be driving
Categories
All categories are split into A and the number itself, according to the drivers ability to drive Automatic only (A), or both (just number). This is appended to the end of the categories regardless of the other letters (IE. 1VA/1V for Automatic/Manual vans).
Manual status is given automatically if the licence holder has learnt their category 1 in a manual vehicle. (Ie. Learner has full category 1, and passed in category 3 in an automatic bus. They are granted manual category 3).
However, if licence holder has 1A/1VA from the beginning and learns in a manual vehicle, they are granted manual licences for all previous categories they had. (Ie. Learner has full category 1A, and passed in category 3 in a manual bus. They are granted manual category 1 and 3)
