Background
Lilshotanekonboi is a V-Tuber, posting roleplay content with his persona on his YouTube Channel. Neko's persona is a shota-like depiction of himself, and shared suggestive content regarding his persona, including ASMR of his character interacting with an older sibling, prompting Discord staff to become wary of his behaviour. He shared his background story to flutters.

Incident
In early March, Neko shared a work-in-progress parody of the "Five Black One White" meme with his character surrounded by 5 women
Due to the explicit nature and context of the meme[2], it was met with conflicted responses from the community. Later on, Neko posted a finalized version of the parody, spurring staff to hold a trial against him.
Trial
Neko was given a trial to attempt and defend his actions on March 19, 2022.
The trial occurred in a deleted thread containing arguments that concerned the morality and ethics of creating shota content. Throughtout the trial, Neko argued that:
- His character is physically 18 as indicated by a birthday cake with the number "18".
- His character does not violate the age of consent due to their physical appearance being incongruent with their age.
- There was "something" beneath the surface that was unbeknownst to the public and jury.
It is important to note, however, that the cake in the parody was added after Neko made the argument and was not present in the original version of the meme.

Ban of lilshotanekoboi
lilshotakonboi was banned indefinitely after a decision from Andi, flutters and Card0. This was done after lilshotakonboi stated the opinion about an underage having a mature body.
Staff also warned other members not to interact with Neko outside of the server.
