Chris or "Altis" is a member of 852 Resurgence. He is a Mediator in addition to being the Ambassador for Discovery Bay.
History
Chris joined the 852 Resurgence discord server in July 20th 2021. At the time, he was not active in the server, coming in to join in conversations time to time.
He is known for joining in server minigames and being part of the Minecraft Hypixel and Geoguessr sessions with other community members. Altis has also been regularly active on the transport discord channel, sharing his knowledge and generally talking about transport with other people. Since he is one of a few people that had lived in Discovery Bay, other members tend to joke around because of the reputation of the area, in which Chris finds it funny too.
In July 9th 2022, Chris was promoted to the affiliate of Discovery Bay due to a suggestion from Joyce and a request from Card0. Eventually, Altis was further promoted to an ambassador in November 7th 2022 by a poll alongside unstanning. Chris also started posting "metro line of the day" facts from November 14th 2022. He was promoted to Mediator through the nomination system on November 22nd 2022. Altis would be present for various trials such as StormNinja25's unban trial.
With the introduction of server collab events, Chris would help organize events between Copium Inhalers, a server he is in with some of his real life friends and 852 Resurgence, leading to the people from both servers developing a positive relationship.

- Although Chris is the ambassador for Discovery Bay, he is actually residing in Nottingham, UK studying in university.
- Chris' personality is relatively calm and has a mix of maturity and playfulness in the community, enjoying bantering with other people.
- Chris and his friends took a MBTI test and the results claim that he is an INFP (mediator), in which he seems that it more or less fits him.
- Despite Chris being born in Hong Kong, Chris is actually half Filipino and half British (he's definitely not an expat that's for sure). He is able to understand Mandarin Chinese but not Cantonese thanks to the ESF curriculum.
- Chris and unstanning are friends in real life as they went to the same ESF school. He is also real life friends with Nicore. As of 2023, he has met Card0 in real life.
- In ACGHK 2023, Chris was cosplaying as the male trailblazer "Caelus" and created a vlog out of it with some of his friends.
- Chris' first server based cult to be part of was the "跑馬地" cult from a minigames event that took place.
- Chris enjoys a variety of video game titles and franchises, including Minecraft, Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, Pokemon, Mario, Geoguessr, Jackbox etc. He is not fully competitive and is a more casual player (sometimes).
- Chris' profile picture is based on his Minecraft skin, drawn by a commissioned artist through fiverr.

- As of the 2022 Community Awards, he is the winner for the best mediator.
- Chris runs different channels on video streaming services. "SirAltis" on Twitch and several YouTube channels featuring the name "Altis."
- He once hosted a short-lived YouTube series from 2016 to 2020 called "Race Across Hong Kong", testing and taking advantage of Hong Kong's transport.
- The name "Altis" derives from a car that Chris really liked when he was younger, being the "Toyota Corolla Altis", and co-incidentally it is also the name of a map in Arma 3.
