Kaden Crisis

The Kaden Crisis was a 2 month long issue between the majority of The Resurgence and one particular member: Ky3653. whose behavior and actions were seen by many as immature.

History

Kaden would join the community around late 2019 and early 2020. At first, many members paid him no mind. However, his behavior was soon recognized by many as immature and subpar, leading the admins to constantly warn him and even sanction him multiple times.

During the deliberations, Tolmo disagreed with the other admins and firmly believed that Kaden deserved a second chance to improve his actions.

Soon after, Kaden would be indefinitely banned from the community, although his connections with the community remained intact.

Aftermath

Kaden would remain the topic of discussion for several months after his ban with some members questioning what they saw as the community's fixation on him. Although many saw the ban as justified, they disagreed on how he remained the topic of the day for a long time.

Tolmo, who was participant in defense for Kaden, was punished with a week-long ban and put into Resurgence Quarantine.

However, Kaden would begin to mature and improve in his behavior. He was invited to join Core Community when it was founded and 3 months later, would be fully unbanned being allowed to rejoin the Whatsapp GC and the discord server.
