March 2021 Moderator Elections

The March 2021 Moderator Elections were an event held between March 20th 2021 and March 21st 2021.

lemontea and zo.loft were promoted as a result of the election.

History

In the aftermath of Vista's resignation earlier that month as well as previous resignations, Card0 decided that new moderators were needed for the community. As such, he decided to call for elections, which would be held on both Discord and Instagram. The top two candidates with the most votes would be promoted.

5 candidates ran in the election: lemontea, zo.loft, Salami, Lieutenant Quattro and Chief Kweef.

lemontea would dominate the election on both platforms while zo.loft would gain most of her votes from Instagram.

Aftermath

Salami would be promoted to Temporary Mediator in Boba's place due to exams around a month later. She would then be promoted to a full time Mediator.

A few months later, lemontea would be promoted to Admin due to his long history in the community.

Lieutenant Quattro would be promoted to Moderator near December while [[Chief Kweef] would also be put up for voting, but was not promoted.
